Installation Preparation
  • Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
  • Shaft run out: <0.1mm
  • Shaft end float: <0.13mm
  • No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
  • The cartridge seal is cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble before installation.
  • Fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Shaft end should have leading edge. Lubricate shaft with oil.
  • Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
    • Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
    • Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
    • Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
    • Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat
Note: After installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation. If shaft doesn't rotate smoothly, seal was improperly installed.
