Preparation Requirements
  • Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
  • Shaft run out: <0.1mm
  • Shaft end float: <0.13mm
  • No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring area
Important Note
During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, please contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
The complete cartridge seal set is cleaned and thoroughly leak-tested before sale. To prevent damage, do not disassemble or clean components before installation.
Fitting Specifications
The fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Ensure a leading edge at the shaft end. The shaft outside diameter at screw position should be 0.1-0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening. Lubricate the shaft with oil before installation.
Installation Steps
  1. Place the cartridge seal into the pump chamber
  2. Tighten the four flange screw bolts, ensuring the medium leading-in hole "G" is at the top position
  3. Tighten the four set screws to position the shaft sleeve on the shaft
  4. Remove the four gauge plates (retain for future installation and disassembly)
  5. Connect the medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and maintain seal chamber cleanliness during pump operation
Post-Installation Check
After completing installation, manually rotate the shaft to verify smooth rotation. If the shaft does not rotate smoothly, the seal has been improperly installed.
