Installation Preparation

Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring

Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.

Installation Instructions

The complete cartridge seal set is cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble and clean parts again before installation to avoid damage.

Shaft fitting allowance: dl h6 0.8 with leading edge at shaft end
Shaft diameter at screw position should be 0.1-0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening
Lubricate shaft with oil before installation
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:

Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" is at top position
Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
Remove four gauge plates (keep for future installation/disassembly)
Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and seal chamber during pump operation

Note: After installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation. If shaft doesn't rotate smoothly, seal was improperly installed.
